If you're a realtor there's a 99% chance that you have business cards on hand as you read this. Pull that card out of your wallet, your purse, your pocket, or wherever it may be and take a look at it.

## Top Real Estate Business Card Mistakes

Ben Fellowes says on [ActiveRain.com](http://www.activerain.com) that too many realtors are committing these business card sins when printing their own business cards.

### 1. Using Shockingly Bright Colors.

Ultra bright colors will **not** get you noticed, just the opposite!

### 2. Streams of Text.

Don't try and tell your life story or write too much about what you do on your card. It should only include:

- Who you are
- What you do
- How to contact you

### 3. Low Quality Printing.

Make sure you print with a company that promises high quality printing, and offers 4/4 printing (full color!)

Does your card follow one or more of these cardinal sins? If so, it might be time to update your card design to a sleek, eye-catching plastic business card. So instead of driving away clients with an unprofessional looking card, make them flock to you!
